Monthly Interest Payouts (coming soon)

Kasu is adding the option to have your interest paid out monthly. When it launches, you will be able to elect, per loan, to have each month's interest paid to your Digital Wallet instead of added to your loan. Your interest still compounds weekly within the month; what changes is that paid-out interest stops compounding afterwards. Because of that, the Effective Interest Rate shown for a loan will adjust when you select monthly payouts, so the number on screen always matches your election. The default is to leave interest compounding. Until the feature launches, all interest is capitalised as described on the Weekly Interest Compounding page.
