What is a Lending Strategy?

Each Lending Strategy's Details page in the app is the single home for its facts and figures. This section explains what each strategy is and what stands behind it; for current rates, capacity, durations and covenant thresholds, open the strategy.

Every Details page follows the same layout: the Credit Originator's entire lending history; the strategy's own activity; the Lending Options by region; who the End Borrowers are and what kind of facility they have; and a Risk Management section listing Security & Recourse, Structural Controls, Financial Covenants, Reporting Covenants and Key Eligibility Criteria. Two further tabs, Loan Tape and Risk Reporting, are explained in the following Sections.
