How fees are charged

You pay no platform fee. All platform fees are paid by the Credit Originator, and the Effective Interest Rate shown is the rate you receive.

The fees you pay as a lender relate to costs that sit outside the platform and are shown where they arise. These fees relate to the conversion between your bank and your Digital Wallet.

Converting between your bank's currency and stablecoins costs 0.5% of the amount sent, in both directions: 0.1% charged by Wayex and 0.4% charged by Bridge. The fee is taken in the currency you send, before conversion. Adding funds, 1,000 US dollars less the 5 dollar fee arrives as 995 USDC; transferring out, 1,000 USDC less the 5 USDC fee arrives as 995 US dollars (see "Adding Funds" and Transferring funds to your bank account). The indicative rate and estimated amount shown on the transfer screens already include the fee, so the estimate is what you receive; for currencies other than US dollars the rate is indicative until the conversion happens. Stablecoins you transfer in from another wallet involve no conversion and no fee.
