Payment Finance (PayFi)

Lending Strategy operated by Credit Originator, InvoiceMate.

Settlement liquidity for licensed payment operators: payment service providers (PSPs), remittance providers, money transmitters and local payout partners, each holding a payment licence in its home market. Their loans finance the settlement gap, which may be as short as a few hours or as long as five days, between a remittance being paid out to its recipient and the underlying funds clearing. Loans are short in duration and repay from the settlement of the specific payments they fund, routed directly back to the strategy rather than through the borrower's operating account.

Security and recourse comprise: post-dated cheque; corporate guarantee; personal guarantees (exceptions apply), and standing receivables assignment.
